The salon is located in a room at the hotel which has only one bed, so we can only serve one customer at a time.
Please consider adding our aromatherapy treatment to your travel plans and make early reservations.
【If you have trouble operating your reservation】
We operate independently from the hotel, we don't have a representative at the hotel front desk to answer your questions. In most cases, the following applies. Please check the following cases.
(1) Reservations cannot be completed unless the 3-digit credit card security code (CVC) is entered.
→In general, online payment requires this information to prevent unauthorized use of the card. Please be sure to enter the security code (3-digit number on the back of the card) in the CVC entry field that appears after the card number and expiration date.
(2) An error may occur if someone makes a reservation at the same time or if you enter the information after the reservation cutoff time (every hour on the hour and the half hour).
→Please select a different time and try to make a reservation again.
*If your questions are not answered, please directly contact the relaxation staff using the LINE or Instagram links below. (We can not respond during treatments so there may be a delay. Thank you for your understanding.)
【If you want to change the date and time after making a reservation】
We don't accept date/time changes for reservations at the hotel reception. Please cancel your reservation from the cancellation link in the reservation confirmation e-mail, and then make a new reservation at an available time.

Booking, Payment, and Treatment Procedures
- Please click the "Check Availability / Book Now" button and choose the date and service which you would like. After that input your information in the form and make your payment with credit card or payment service.
- Please confirm the location of the salon in the "Reservation confirmation mail" that will be sent to you after the reservation is completed, and come to the salon at your reserved date and time.
- When you arrive, you can select a fragrance of "Yuica" a high quality essential oil from the forests of Hida-Takayama Japan, and start treatment after changing your clothes.
- After the treatment, change back into your clothes and enjoy Japanese herbal tea.
